Project Goal:
Supporting workforce development for the needs of a modern economy by creating spaces for sustainable and innovative cooperation between business and vocational education at all levels, and implementing the concept of vocational excellence in Poland's education system.
The Innovative Sectoral Fashion Skills Center will be a modern educational facility enabling the acquisition, enhancement, and updating of professional skills, or career change.
It will serve as an advanced technological hub for fashion education, training, and certification.
Its services will be available to students, teachers, lecturers, and employees from the fashion sector.

Project Budget: 9 976 712,34 zł

Operational Areas:

• Area I: Educational and Training Activities
At least 200 participants in on-site courses and at least 100 in online courses.
• Area II: Integrating Educational Institutions and Businesses
Strengthening cooperation among vocational schools, lifelong learning centers, universities, and the business sector (Knowledge Triangle: school–university–employers).
• Area III: Innovation and Development Activities
Knowledge transfer, green and digital transformation innovations, and collaboration with research centers.
• Area IV: Advisory and Promotional Activities
Promoting fashion sector professions, organizing industry competitions and tournaments, and supporting career counseling for schools and universities.

The Innovative Sectoral Fashion Skills Center – Fashion will work closely with the Regional and Local Labour Market Councils and industry organizations to address the current and future needs of the labour market.
