🎤 Speaker:

   Zdjecie     Aleksandra Krysiak holds the position of Director at PIOT –Federation of  Apparel and Textile Industry Employers. She has many years of experience in implementing projects for the textile sector funded by both EU and national sources. She coordinates the activities of a Competence Centre aligned with the Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) initiative. The Competence Centre she manages provides advisory services, training, and hands-on workshops aimed at upskilling and reskilling the workforce in the clothing sector to meet the demands of a modern, sustainable industry.  She is a member of the Committee for Sustainable Development of the Textile Sector at EURATEX and actively participates in consultations on new regulations related to the implementation of the EU Strategy for Sustainable and Circular Textiles with the European Commission, representing Poland. These consultations focus primarily on the transition of the sector toward a circular economy model.
