REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS
- The candidate must be an organizational unit with or without legal entity or a natural person who employs employees and conducts activities related to the apparel and textile industry or acts for the benefit of the industry.
- The candidate should have a registered business in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- The candidate must identify with the statutory objectives of PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS and declare willingness to support their implementation.
- Membership in PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS is voluntary and cannot limit the activities of the member.
- The candidate must submit a written application for admission to the PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS.
- Admission is decided by the Board of Directors of the PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS.
- The status of associate member is granted in particular to organizations, universities, institutes, foundations and enterprises during the first year of their membership in PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS.
- After one year, associate members, including enterprises, may apply for a change of status to ordinary member of PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS.
- The Board of Directors of the PIOT FEDERATION OF APPAREL AND TEXTILES INDUSTRY EMPLOYERS has the right to refuse a candidate if his activities are competitive with the FEDERATION or work to its detriment.
